Reines, feines und aromatisches Aji Pineapple-Püree, nur mit etwas Salz verfeinert. Fruchtig-exotisch. Ein echt pures Vergnügen, perfekt zum Kochen.

Aji Pineapple stammt aus Südamerika und wird dort wegen ihrer zitronengelben Farbe und des fruchtigen Geschmacks geschätzt, der ein wenig an Ananas erinnert. Ihre Schärfe tanzt feurig-fruchtig auf der Zunge ohne diese zu verbrennen.

Das Aji Pineapple-Püree passt ideal zu Fisch, Gemüse und hellem Fleisch oder als Grundlage für Dips und Saucen. Für echte Chiliheads auch als Aufstrich pur aufs Brot, oder für die feine Schärfe in Salatsaucen & Dips.
